I just started a new exercise program so this came at a good time. I was a little worried that the hard plastic rollers would not be comfortable like foam would be but they are. They help give a good amount of firm pressure instead of me having to push down harder. I used it shortly after one of my harder workouts and really liked how it felt. It is a LOT better than trying to use my hands to massage sore muscles! I mainly used it on my thighs since they hurt the worst. It rolled very nicely and I could feel some knots release when I put pressure. I was a lot less sore the next day thanks to it!. I tried using it on my back but it was a little tricky which I expected. The few muscles I was able to get to felt really nice. I will try using it on my back with different techniques later to see if I do any better. I could also have my husband use it on my back for me. Using it on my neck was easier than my back and also felt great.
My only concern is the gap in the rollers. It's a lot larger than I would've thought. I am worried that they may shift and I would get pinched. I did use it for awhile and it never happened though. (See picture)
Overall, I would recommend this product for sore muscles. It's easy to use, light weight and really does help loosen up sore muscles and knots. I know I will be using it a lot more!

21 Day Fix by Beachbody
Like a lot of people, one of my New Year resolutions was to get in shape/healthier. But, unlike a lot of people, I'm actually doing something about it. Enter Beachbody's 21 Day Fix! I had been thinking about trying this one for awhile. Well, thinking about it isn't going to help me get fit... In order for me to be successful, I needed accountability so I ordered the Challenge pack which included being added to my friend's (and coach) Challenge group on FB. We check in every day, ask questions, and get help when needed. Lucky for me I have a competitive side so that helps me make sure I check in.
The hardest part for me was changing the way I eat. I didn't eat horrible but I had a LOT of room for improvement! The containers helped me with portion control and making sure I ate more of the right foods. Meal prep (which I hate) is also a big help. I find I snack on much healthier things since they are already prepared vs grabbing some chips or such. There are a TON of recipes you can find too. My hubby even likes a lot of them and that says a lot ;)
The workouts were tough at first but you can follow Kat in the videos and do modified moves until you're able to follow Autumn (who does make the workouts fun). I've already noticed a difference in myself. I am more flexible and able to modify a lot less now. I can't say it's been the easiest thing I've done but it's far from the hardest. I'm finishing up week 2 and am excited to start week 3 and continue getting fit and healthier!
I highly recommend this workout program for anyone who wants to make a difference in they're life! And I can recommend a great coach too! ;)
